Certification Eligibility and Process for the GHRCN Certification Program

Qualifications to Sit for the Certification

Minimum HR Experience:

  • Requirement: Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources. This experience can be in various HR roles, including HR management, consulting, talent acquisition, employee relations, and more.
  • Purpose: This requirement ensures that participants have a foundational understanding of HR principles and practices, enabling them to fully engage with the advanced concepts covered in the certification course.

 

Reference Letter:

  • Requirement: A reference letter from a current or former supervisor, manager, or colleague who can attest to the applicant’s HR experience and professional integrity.
  • Purpose: The reference letter serves as a professional endorsement, confirming that the applicant is qualified and capable of successfully completing the certification program.

Certification Process

Course Completion:

  • Structure: The certification course is designed to be completed at your own pace. Participants will have access to all course materials, including video lectures, reading materials, and interactive assignments.
  • Content: The course covers key HR consulting topics, including strategic HR management, HR analytics, legal compliance, talent management, and consulting best practices.

 

Project Completion

  • Requirement: As part of the certification process, participants must complete a project that applies the concepts learned during the course. The project will be a real-world HR consulting scenario where participants demonstrate their ability to analyze, strategize, and implement HR solutions.
  • Assessment: The project will be evaluated based on criteria such as clarity, feasibility, strategic thinking, and alignment with best HR practices.

 

Final Examination

  • Requirement: Participants must pass a final examination with a minimum score of 80%. The exam will cover all the material from the course, testing the participant’s knowledge and application of HR consulting principles.
  • Format: The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions, case studies, and scenario-based questions.
