This comprehensive five-module course equips appraisers, assessors, and valuation professionals with the awareness, frameworks, and applied skills needed to identify and mitigate bias in property assessments. Through data-driven instruction, legal context, and hands-on application, participants will examine the origins and impacts of implicit bias, explore racial and socioeconomic disparities in property valuation, and learn actionable strategies to promote fairness and transparency.

Final Exam
To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must view all instructional videos and complete the reading for each module along with a final exam with a score of 80% to pass.
