About Course

The GHRCN Certification Capstone Project will serve as the culminating activity where learners integrate all the knowledge, skills, and tools they’ve acquired throughout the course into a practical and comprehensive project. The capstone is designed to simulate the key tasks involved in launching an HR consulting business, ensuring that by the time they complete the certification, participants will have the foundational elements ready to start their consultancy.

Project Overview:
Learners will develop a complete HR consulting business plan that includes services, pricing, contracts, marketing strategies, and client acquisition plans. This plan will draw on the assignments from each module, enabling participants to showcase their understanding and readiness to start their HR consulting business.

Capstone Project Deliverables:

Each learner will submit:

  • A 10-page business plan that covers all the areas mentioned above.
  • A completed client contract template.
  • A marketing plan that outlines client acquisition strategies, including their first 3-5 target clients and the approach for engaging with them.
  • A detailed budget outlining startup costs and projected revenue for the first six months.
  • A reflection on their chosen CRM system and how they will use it to track and manage client relationships.
