About Course

Statement on Assignments and Capstone Project Grading:

  • Please note that all assignments throughout the GHRCN Certification course are designed
solely for your practice and the application of the concepts you are learning. These
assignments will not be graded, as they are intended to help you develop the skills
necessary to succeed as an HR consultant.
  • The Capstone Project, however, will be the only graded component of the course. It is a
pass or fail assessment and is required for successful completion of the certification. If
you do not pass the Capstone on your first attempt, you will be given one additional
attempt to improve and resubmit your project.
  •  The Capstone is your opportunity to demonstrate your full understanding of the course
content and to apply it to a real-world scenario, ensuring that you are prepared for the
challenges of starting and running your own HR consulting business.
  • Thank you for your dedication, and we look forward to seeing you succeed!
